  • Our after sale service team is the team of Professional Engineer and Expert Technician with a verified, training and experienced to fully know-how to service of customers in all after sales service activities.
  • Examples of our services:
    • Install the water pumps, Cooling Towers and Chillers at the installation points as a requested by the customer
    • Check the condition and test of efficiency of the water pumps, Cooling Towers and Chillers before delivering to customers
    • Change spare parts in case of damaged spare parts
    • Maintain Water pumps, Cooling Towers and Chillers to ensure always ready for use
    • Training knowledged to customers, such as basic knowledge about water pumps, Cooling Towers and Chillers and including usage appropriate for the type of business or residencial
    • Support in all after sales services activities

EBARA (Thailand) Limited was established in July, 1993, for sale business and engineering work of EBARA technologies and products.

Phuket Branch Office (year 2018) and Chonburi Branch Office (year 2024) are established to expand the market and promote EBARA products in Thailand.

The other objective is for supporting customer in business area out of Bangkok.

Immediately support can be served in case customer has requested by sale team in branch office.

To support local fabrication and after sale service, The Facetory, Warehouse and Service center was established in year 2008.

Purpose is for the local production and provide the after sale service support.

Warehouse area is expanded to increase the stock of pumps and spare parts.

This can support a requirement in the market and keep a shorter delivery to make customer satisfaction.
